Tele-Rehabilitation

Work towards your rehabilitation and therapy goals in the comfort of your own home.

Want to save travelling time? Continue to achieve your rehab goals in the comfort of your own home. Tele-rehabilitation is the delivery of rehabilitation services over telecommunication networks and the internet.

It can be delivered one-to-one or potentially two clients to one therapist and each session lasts for 30-45 minutes.

    • An electronic device with a telecommunication function such as Google Meet, Zoom or Whatsapp video call
    • Stable internet connection
    • A safe environment for you to perform the prescribed exercises
    • Vital signs monitoring equipment where necessary, such as a blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter or thermometer
    • Sturdy chair (for standing/balance activities)

    Note: Tele-rehabilitation is only available for follow-up sessions. The first consultation will have to be done face-to-face at the client’s home.

I look forward to my Mondays because I get workout with my trainer over tele-rehab. These sessions are very helpful as I am able to exercise at the convenience of my own home. Furthermore, I don’t have to trouble my children to take me to the center since I can exercise independently with some supervision from my wife.     Tele-rehabilitation can be delivered one-to-one or potentially two clients to one therapist.

  • Home Therapy clients on a tele-rehabilitation plan can expect sessions to last for 45 minutes.

    Sessions with Day Rehab clients who are receiving tele-rehabilitation will last for 30 minutes.

Tele-rehabilitation fees start at $60 per session (before subsidy).

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents may be eligible for government subsidies and financial assistance, depending on the monthly household income per person, amongst other criteria. The amount of subsidy will be determined through the National Means Testing System (NMTS).
